Nothing. There is an abundance of ethanol being produced vs what the market can consume (10% blend wall). As the low margin producers exit the market for a time the spread between ethanol and gas will narrow and the amount of ethanol produced vs demanded will become more balanced. All E producers aren't going to quit producing.
