| I've seen a lot of cars & trucks pulled over by unmarked police vehicles here in IN, with no marked vehicles in the vicinity. Two yrs ago my BIL was pulled over & ticketed by one, driving 64 in a 60 mph zone. The white "construction pickups" law enforcement vehicles made their debut on a state hwy repaving project about two miles from here.
They are nothing new here in Indiana. I can remember back in the late '60s there were some unmarked Avantis that were put into use.
