I kinda thought the same thing.....but I guess it doesn't take but a second to document the incident so if there are any questions as to how the child got a bruise or scrape....     The thing that gets me more than this is the "Funniest Videos" and family vids and youtube snippets that show little kids obviously terrified (of Santa, Easter Bunny, whatever) and the so-called grown-ups continue to record instead of comforting the child or just stopping whatever stupidness it is that has them scared.   I couldn't do that ....... if the little one is truly scared of something, why would a parent stand there laughing and making fun.  Just don't get it.   In my eyes, it isn't cute, it's mean.
