SW MN and Gold Canyon AZ | Theres actually a pocket of dry areas from sioux falls south and then west. North of I 90 has been getting more than south.
I am not worried here, we have that thing called clay in our soils, makes it bad when wet but when dry it saves our butts.
If we get the normal rain pattern where it rains about 2 OR 3 INCHS the end of june first week in july we can make it till the "farm fest rains" then we are set.
We are half way to a good crop, but its still along ways to the bin. Don't count the chickens till there hatched kind of thing.
I always worry about hail this time of yr, we seem to get them storms around the 24th to the 28th of june. | |
