I think that the 1590 is the best drill of those you mentioned.
But with grass into grass seed I am reminded of hearing the no-till guru, Dwayne Beck, say that the key to successful no-till cropping is "rotation, rotation, rotation." Rotation has to do what was done with tillage to control diseases, weeds and residue management. Round up can't do it all.
