Yes the steel rolls are available thru JD, they are $2754 a piece vs $2500 for the rubber, use the same bearings, the bearings are $54 each. You can also get the V10 rolls thru JD now also, they are like $3400 each. Thinking of going the steel route, always had good luck with steel on steel back in the day, rubber on rubber seem to wear out to fast or have issues IMO, also if set steel on steel aggressive enuff could bout chop hay with em, so they should dry faster also.
