| Looking at buying my first red tractor, looking at a new 450 quad, drove it around the dealer lot today and it was a little different to get used to compaired to the John Deere's I am currently used to but seems like a pretty nice tractor, DEF will not be an issue for me in fact I welcome it over the recycle the exhaust 2 or 3 times and use more fuel in the process like JD is doing, main question I guess is I have a new 9 shank 870 to pull this fall should work ok right read about lots of guys pulling 11 shanks with 535 and 550 quads so if a 550 handles 11 shanks ok a 450 should do fine on a 9 shank right, will also be pulling a 34' 2410 chisel plow and a 41' Salford RTS in the spring. | |
