The five big coop in Washington state that control most of the wheat. Have stated that the soft white wheat numbers are around 30 million bushels at most. The USDA says we have 72 million bu carryover this year. The basis is +60 cents over Chicago. We as a state fed and exported a lot of feed wheat this last year. The USDA is full of it.
