SE Michigan		Happened to me a few yrs ago on my 7140, My foult, did not tighten the bolts, Anderson Tractor in Bluffton OH had some rings that could be welded to the rim. ( http://www.andersontractorinc.com ).

Been OK for several seasons now, give them a try.
