A 12R22" is taking in the volume of basically a 12R30" head. Plus the extra HP required for the chopping portion of the head and the added wieght. I would say Class 7 bear minimum. The class 8 would be the better fit. I bet that 9870 would play with it. Anything smaller than a 97** and you wont be happy. Go big noone wants to shell corn at 4mph any more
