| Going further into Mo like clear across the state? Branson if you like music & comedy shows $$$$. Lake of the Ozarks if you like commercialized water. Other lakes if inclined to fish. Some in the Branson area or Mark Twain in the NE. A float trip could be fun but don't know as any water is running in the south part of the state Emmence area , Current River , very scenic. Biking as in pedaling? Katie trail ,biking / hiking. Starts at St Charles and goes most of the way across the state. Runs along the Mo river around Colombia and maybe other place . They rent bikes. Wine Country around Herman.
Need some machinery lots to cruise------------Oh wait----you said your wife was planning this.
Add --back roads --Scenic 79 if you go north towards Hannibal -river bluffs over looking Mississippi river and some bottom ground, curvey. Over to 19 runs through some of the flat farming area. Can see a lot of spotty bean emergence.
