just spreading a rumor.
Most are calling cows 1 to 3 lower this week on low yields.
Mid range cows mostly steady
( 85 to 95
)

Maybe your simply in a dryed out, thus lower yield cow area.
With no other home but a packer, they can pay whatever they want there.
