S.E. South Dakota | While drinking coffe this morning with a friend renting farms came up.He said he only plans on farming one year at a time.Since 95% of is ground is rented and all his landlords are 80+ years old.Buying any ground know is not in the checkbook right know.He does own farmstead and 200 acres of pasture.He is putting all his money in good cows and good yards.Never thought about farming one year at time. | |
