North Central Kansas | I finally got started this evening. I had planned on starting earlier in the week but had a last minute breakdown on the combine that I had to wait on parts for. We got rain on Wednesday that held us out until today. We went to Galatia, KS today for my uncles funeral. On the way home I think there were only three crews cutting. After we got home I cut a couple of bin fulls. 12.5 moisture. I am guessing the test weight is going to be light. Chance of rain tonight and tommorrow and then the middle of the week. We need rain bad at this point so I will take anything I can get. | |
