Subject: Drilling soybeans into ground to shallow

Beans up along the clay hills, beans maybe between half inch to three quarters deep. Have a nice downward sprout, not pushing up yet. Had about 1 inch this week which was a blessing. Beans put in May 12th Beans laid in very dry ground for about 14 days. Treated seed most of the field looks good Have heard beans can come up to 35 days after being planted.
