Buteo seems to have a pretty good leaf disease package, but that being said, when we grew it I was kicking myself for not spraying it at flag as when I went in at flowering the leaf disease had already spread on up to the flag.
Your goal should be to spray the wheat before it is showing signs of disease. From what I could see by your pics it appears that you are in full flag.
