Northeast Indiana (Auburn) | Our 3/4" to 1" all night rain event turned out to be one tenth of an inch. At least it is misty today so the one tenth of an inch rain will soak in. We need rain in a bad way and had hoped the weather people knew what they were talking about. Our area is 4" below normal and that includes areas that got al lot more rain in May than I did. My month of May rainfall has been less than 1/2" causing the wheat to turn about four weeks early. Just a rant about the bad weather predicting. About when you get your hopes up the storm splits. |
