I have never used it with Callisto, but have used it with Rup many times. I usually use 2 oz. give or take with Roundup. Works great! will take down any size lambsquarters. Just don't spray it first thing in the morning while there is a dew on the corn. It will speckle the corn and make it quite brittle.
