I;m thinking those might be your two best places to start. The lakes region can be rather spendy for what you get. Our oldest son lived up there the summer after his college freshman year. Pretty much lived in a summer shack. He hated it but was good experience for him. No kitchen, fridge and microwave I big bdroom, bathroom and living area.
