That looks nicer than our screed. We made one from a tv antenna with an angle iron welded on leading edge. Then we welded a pipe with a cap on end. The vibrator sits in the pipe and shakes it. We pull it with a rope on both ends as a solid handle would shake your fillings out after a while.
