Had an old farm landlord tell me years ago, "Find a price you are happy with, and can make money, and sell. Then stay the hell out of the coffee shop and the elevator. Farmers are strange, they will wait to sell as it goes up, and stand in line to lose money as it goes down."
Truer words havent been spoken, unless its "No matter what you say, she's still gonna be mad."
