Is anyone from Ashtabula?  I am looking for information on seismic testing that was performed there about 10 years ago, possibly in Geneva Township.  I have been told that some water wells were damaged in that area and the landowners had to hook up to city water.  I am trying to find a newspaper article that would confirm this story, but I need a more specific time frame to search the microfilm.  I can't find anything on the internet.  The only newspaper that I know of in that area is the Star Beacon and they do not have a searchable database.

I have another court hearing tomorrow (wed.) and this information would be helpful.
