Dallas county is quite a bit north of us here in Marion county. I've got some double crop and really late planted beans that are still green....the local extension guy is going to come out on Monday and see if we can find anything. I looked myself this afternoon--some leaves look suspicious, but rust symptoms are so similar to every other disease that I find it an impossible disease to scout for.
