C IL | Take your neighbor out for a crop tour. Look at some of your crops, and some of his crops. Converse about what you see and don't see. Ask him if he sees what he or you thinks he should see. Let him decide if he has a question for his seed dealer/provider and / or his custom operator. Maybe there is an issue. Maybe there is not. Maybe both the neighbor and his custom planter thought the seed was poor and went a head with it. Good Luck!
