Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot | Take a drive around Mt. Hood, through Maupin and out at the Dalles, back to Portland through the Gorge. Dams (Bonneville or The Dalles) on the Columbia are pretty neat as is some of the canyon country and dryland wheat area between Maupin and the Dalles. Lots to see in the Gorge. Would take a full day for sure.
Mt. St. Helens would take another full day as well. | |
