swmn/soin | I had one removed from the left ureter about ten years ago. And yes they put a stint in there but that was not a big deal. Now heres the part where I will never let a doctor do again........they went all the way up into the kidney to check for more. That is an absolute NO NO. If you have that done you will have pain and discomfort for the rest of your life from that kidney, especially after you have eaten and then lay down on that side. Evidently the stomack moves enough to be against that kidney so that if feels like another stone coming. I have had it where the pain is so intense that I will almost pass out....so be aware. | |
