| I don't know what you consider a reasonable rent for there, but that town is right next to Madison and I think rents are pretty high. Now he might want to think about a little outside of town. We live about 25 to 30 minutes from Middleton and much easier driving now that there is a four lane highway that will take you right to Middleton. He wouldn't have to drive through town to get there, or the beltline which has more traffic during peak hours. So he could possibly check rentals in Sauk City, or Prairie du Sac. Small towns so no what you call bad areas of town. Oh, we live on the other side in the country of those two cities, so it would only be about 20 minutes if that to Middleton. | |
