| In this case I do believe it was an honest mistake. The bill was several pages long. With all this computer stuff nowdays I sometimes have a hard time reading and understanding the bill. I wish they would simplify, write it out and use plain English. The parts section includes the part number. Sometimes only the part number but sometimes includes a vague description of the part.
When I saw the part number such and such shaft that doesn't really mean anything to me, but when I saw it twice in direct succession on the bill that drew my attention. There are frequently double posts on here sometimes. I always strive to delete mine. | |
