NEMO | Anything I prepare on the grill is a favorite of mine. I've done just a bout every cut of beef on the grill using a vast array of recipes, chicken and pork just about any way imaginable. I like to do fish in a makeshift aluminum foil pan smothered in butter and lemmon pepper seasoning or on a presoaked cedar plank. Do shrimp in a basket with a wide variety of seasoning (probably my favs are Old Bay or greek seasoning) and I love to do shrimp, chicken and beef kabobs on the grill. Usually also do taters several different ways and corn on the cob as well. I'd like to do a couple of whole chickens and a small turkey sometime in the near future. I've watched some of the contests on Food Network where they did a cake on the grill. I think that would be interesting to do. Grill On!!!!!!!!!!!! | |
