So what's the draw for doing a show from there at this point in time?  Tom and Roseanne have been gone from there for years, and he's been married a couple of times since.  Guess I'm surprised that there would be much of an audience that was still curious about this now.  Doesn't IHCC own the ground now, or did they sell off part of it?   We heard from a fairly reliable source while they were together and the house was under construction that the plumbing portion of the house estimate alone was $4.5 Million.
