E.Central MN | In my teenage years it was common for kids to go to all the wedding dances just to drink the free beer, but I didn't care for it. Moved away my junior year, went back the next summer for a visit and found out a friend of mine had got drunk and sped thru a small dance hall town and hit a young girl crossing the street at a wedding dance. The girl died so he was sent to reform school, had to be a tough thing to live with. Its too bad that society didn't come to the conclusion that having one beer is ok but drinking a bunch isn't cool. Seems like that's where most of the problem comes from. | |
