southern MN | I can see the niche for this service, but both tenents and landlords both like to be very secretive.
Then, whatever anyonre says, top dollar rules.
I mean, if you have someone in mind to rent from/ rent to, you don't need the service. So it's only going to appeal to farmers looking to expand at any cost, and to landlords who only want top dollar. Kinda how I would see it defaulting out to.
Those who would be interested in the service - might not get what they are looking for from the other side.
Interesting concept. I think it will be difficult to find the right formula that will work for both sides.
