EC North Dakota | Only problem I have had with cross way spraying is harvesting soybeans with the direction of the sprayer. Here they all leave a small or large (depending on conditions at spraying time) ridge just outside the tire track. If trying to follow the same direction as the sprayer that ridge of dirt can cause a lot of problems with pushing mud if wet at harvest time or going into the combine and adding a lot of dirt to the soybeans. Going at an angle to the sprayer direction helps a lot but cross ways is a killer. | |
