Subject: Metal or Aluminum truck bed for dually?

central Kentucky
Took the plunge on a 2012 Ram 3500 crew cab and chassis this week. I have had several tell me I need a steel bed unless I am only pulling gooseneck trailers. I will be pulling fertilizer buggies from the co-op and our 12 row corn head and 30' bean head. I have a 30' flatbed dual wheeled tandem axle gooseneck with tank for liquid fertilizer/water and a 20' gooseneck cattle trailer. Any opinions on steel vs aluminum and what brand bed would be appreciated. I can get a Bradford built steel bed for $2800, aluminum beds are from $3500 and up that I have seen.
