Nabisco makes a cracker that has poppy seeds in them. Had them the night before the test on an empty stomach. I know some think that won't set it off, but I don't use anythinng, even my codeine that was prescribed to me when I cut my thumb 85% off just sat on the shelf for a year and a half.
