. | I have a little Bichon I got a little over 2 years ago. She is 8 years old and had a couple litters of puppies. Last year none of the barn cats took care of their kittens for some reason. The dog was constantly finding their little bodies, generally not even stiff yet, but dead. Yesterday she showed up with another dead kitten. Last night I was in the yard visiting with a friend, when I noticed there she was, with another kitten, but this time very much alive. She didn't have it in her mouth, but she was followed closely by Mama kitty. This morning, same thing she brought the kitten back to the house. Don't know if she thinks they are little dogs or maybe she thinks she's a cat. I'd love to catch her in the act and get a picture! | |
