We have a 3600 12/23 we bought new 3 years ago that does the same thing on our 4640 at anything over about 16-17 mph. Thought it was the planter but moved it earlier this spring with the 305 and could run 25 mph with it. So my guess is the tractor. Tire pressures are ok so not sure what it is.
Kinze 3600 on the road?
