Martinsville, Ohio | In this crazy weather I would take my first shot but would rather have it on later. It's better to get it on than not, at least it's been a few weeks since it was planted I assume. This could be a hard year to top dress if these patterns stay.
With this much moisture here, the rain is taking the N in quickly but if you have any doubt, it only has to lay on top of dry soils for 48 hours or so until you start losing N and the stabilizers could pay.
