I don't know about that one? Just let the phone ring off the hook? What does the customer think that is calling and calling and nobody is answering? Sounds rude to me to just let the phone ring. I can understand answering and taking their number, but how many of you guys would that also tick off? Gotta be a better option with only two parts men?
