+1. IMO, you can't beat the product of a English black baldy bred to a Continental 3rd breed. Maximizing heterosis remains the only "free lunch" in the beef business. Put the baldy cow in with a terminal breed bull. Char, Limo, Gelb, Sim, I better stop listing them because I don't want to leave anyone out!
