The fluid milk? Tough to figure.

No doubt that over time consumer tastes may change.

Just bringing up that in the usa some of those changes seem to be how farm aniimals are handled, cared for etc..
IF the afore is possibly effectinng a product sale, just seems like the sooner an industry builds "counter" spin the better.

Consumers view things much differently than farmers. MO.

No right or wrong to the issue, and not being critical of dairy either.
Thinking is farmers need to get more of a pro consumer stance to keep / or expand market share.
IF there's a negative consumer perception of anything, the sooner that truth is addressed by agri ( rather than ignored ) the better.
