Just draw a line thru Amarillo to San Angelo.
East is wetter, farther east good and wet.
West: a few spots with marginal h20, but generally pretty darn dry clear to the top of the continental divide in New Mexico.
West of the divide, it's never been better ( been pretty good for the past 4 years ).
Look East off that top and she's generally pretty darn dry looking East ( bout a 200 mile view ). | |
