Stayed down for an ext time was the bse holstein in 03. All other times we've gone up 5 to $7 within 10 days of last holstein bse events.
Keep in mind this just makes beef's pr image shine of safety. Dairy on the other hand has a poor pr image and just keeps getting worse.
