West Central Minnesota | Yes, I am running 24 units with 2 vac fans. I have not had any problems with hydraulic flow with a JD 8200 tractor. These bars are set up with one remote for the fans and two valves for adjusting the flow to the two fans that is the same valve used on that planter. Paul's bar will use two gearbox's from one 7300 planter and you will end up with two for spares or for sale. In my opinion it is a farmers delight.....simple, yet durable. His bar will also accomodate new units as well as the older units that I choose to use. I don't know if it will work with anything else other than JD units, but you could always get in touch with him and ask. In this beet growing area, JD is about the only major planter unit in use. | |
