It all depends on your FLO (farm loan officer?).

I'm on my third one.    

The first one while a decent guy he was kind of a pain to deal with, a by the book kind of guy.   

The second one, she was great.  Very easy to deal with, knowledgeable about ag in general and just someone that I didn't dread answering a phone call from.

Just started with the third one, its still to early to tell.

The FSA loan is definitely a little more paper work but in general its stuff that you should be doing anyway.
