I think Mexican corn import restrictions, and the need to ship as cracked corn, are past....
I know it took a long time to get the HFCS/sugar issues finally resolved....maybe 8-10 years and the Mexican govt lost their WTO court cases and owes money to HFCS manufacturers that has not been paid...
