There a couple of different websites that if you google breed of hogs or breeds of sheep or cattle give overviews of the various breeds, including mature wieghts, average litter numbers and such. Kind of interesting to read though the different breeds as many of them offer superior traits, and with the state of hog raising today may well be lost to the future.
