You are trying to comingle two seperate types of entities.  A LLC is not a Sub-S corportion.  The taxation can be similar but you should not confuse the two as being the same thing.  An LLC has members where a corporation (C or S) has shareholders and directors.  Please see an attorney or CPA to determine the best structure for you.
