Replace is the only real way to fix it. We first replaced our 7800 headliner with a new Deere vinyl one. It lasted about 3 years and started to fall. We got smart and replaced it with a carpeted one from Fehr cab in Illinois. Looks great and you won't have to worry about the vinyl seperating again. Hope this helps.
