Oregon | I suppose this is old hat to many of you on here, but I recalibrated a 485 Quad for the first time today and it was really impressive. Once I got the transmission hydraulic oil up to temp and I got into the calibration mode, it was amazing how the tractor calibrated each clutch. Even more amazing was how well it shifted after it was done. The tractor went from shifting like hell to perfect shifts- really amazing.
So if your STX is shifting at all rough, I 100% recommend taking 20 minutes to go through a calibration.
